Each family receives a private gallery link with their own unique password. That gallery:
Before sharing any images I receive written or verbal consent from parents. Families can opt out entirely and they can choose whether faces are shown or not.
If a parent prefers their child’s images not appear online, that boundary is respected fully. No questions asked.
Parent Permission
All images are stored securely on encrypted hard drives and backed up to secure, password-protected systems.
The images are not shared with third parties. Your child’s photos are treated as private family memories. Not marketing material.
Secure Image Storage
Some large-scale school photography systems rely on broad access portals. I operate differently.
Each gallery is individualized and delivered directly to families. There are no public preview walls, no shared browsing, and no searchable student databases.
Privacy is built into the process from the start.
No Public Proofing Systems
During daycare photo days I work with centre staff, children are never left alone and photos are taken in open, supervised areas. Staff remain nearby at all times. The environment is calm, familiar and fully within the daycare's normal safety protocols.
